Charter Day : Celebrate the founding of Pennsylvania at eh Ephrata Cloister, an example of America’s heritage of religious freedom. There will also be performances from the Ephrata Cloister Chorus.

Handcranked Film Projects : Boston-area filmmakers Jake Mahaffy, Bryan Papciak, Jeff Sias, and Dan Sousa will present independent films that have been shown at festivals worldwide. Their sculptures, drawings, photography and more will also be showcased.

The Self-Portrait and the Artist Exhibit : Charles Demuth made several self-portraits during his lifetime which reflect his ever-developing style. This year the Demuth Museum’s Annual Invitational Exhibition features the work of over 20 local artists who have also explored the theme of self-portraiture.

All Shook Up : A fun musical about a young girl’s dream of hitting the open road. Teen Idols - Peter Noone, Micky Dolenz, Gary Lewis - Live performance.
Peter Noone: The Herman of the famed pop group, Herman’s Hermits sold 52 million records. the group is known for songs such as: “I’m into Something Good,” “Can’t You Hear My Heartbeat,” “There’s a Kind Of Hush” and “Henry VIII.”
Micky Dolenz: Micky of the Monkees. Micky Dolenz has been in the spotlight nearly all his life. He started his career starring in the ‘50s television show “Circus Boy,” but it was years later, when he won a role in the TV show called “The Monkees,” that his life would change forever. “Last Train to Clarksville,” “I’m a Believer,” and “Daydream Believer,” are just some of the hits of the Monkees.
Gary Lewis: The son of Jerry Lewis performed in the 60's with his group Gary Lewis and the Playboys. In 1964, their first single, “This Diamond Ring” went straight to number one. Other hits like “Everybody Loves A Clown” and “Sealed with a Kiss.”

Family Science Sunday : Family Science Sunday is truly science fun for everyone. Various hands-on activities, science demonstrations, interactive events are available along with an opportunity to witness some of the animals a little closer than normal in the Live Animal Room.
Please note that there is a Special Exhibit running from January 25, 2008 until May 30, 2008 called, "Snakes, Rattles & Holes." Look at life through a snake's eyes at this exhibit by Purdue University. Feel a snake's skin, see how snakes slither, or help a snake get his dinner - on a video game.

Little Richard: Live Performance - When Richard Penniman from Macon, Georgia transformed himself into the flamboyant phenomenon known as Little Richard, Rock & Roll would never be the same. A true American innovator, singer and pianist, Little Richard’s hits dominated the charts in the mid-50s. His renditions of “Good Golly Miss Molly,” “Long Tall Sally” and “Tutti-Frutti,” have no equal.

Tracy Lawrence: Live Performance - Tracy Lawrence is known for his classic blend of Honky Tonk and Southern Rock.
